Friday Night Fun & Training Time
Come have fun on Fridays with us! Every Friday we offer either an hour and a half or two and a half hours of instructional gymnastics where you can get some extra practice time in. Come join us to work on skills you don't have time to nail down in your regular classes!

Dress code: Please have hair pulled back, no jewelry, no spaghetti strap shirts, no mid drifts showing, athletic wear works great!
Open Training Time
Currently we are open to the public for all Friday Nights. All levels of gymnastics are welcome to come for 1.5 hours of instructional gymnastics. Grab a friend and come join us!

Friday Night Fun
On the 3rd Friday of each month we are open to the public. All levels of gymnastics are welcome to come for 2.5 hours of instructional gymnastics. Grab a friend and come join us! Our FNF are now even more
fun to attend as there are themed months with more awesome gymnastics activites, games and goodie bags to take home!
