Our gym show is coming back this Spring! This year we have the incredible opportunity to showcase our recreational students at our 1st Annual Daytona Do Right Charity Competition hosted by Ace Daytona Gymnastics! This event is to help support the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida. It will take place at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort on March 5-6, 2022. Session times will be announced at a later date.
Price per student will be $130 and includes choreography, an exclusive, custom leotard, & a gym show medal.
TBD but we will only have 2 sessions this year:
**After-School kids will be taught either Level 1 or 2 routines**
February 26th. Only for Pre-Team, Level 1, 2, 3, A/S and Tumbling.
All gym show entry bracelets will only be available for purchase at the door on the day of the event. Each bracelet will include entry to the Daytona Do Right Meet. Bracelets are $15 ea and will need to be worn at all times. Children 6 and under are free. You must show your bracelet at the door for re-entry or you will have to purchase a new one.

Final sign up for the show will be 1/15/22 and spots will be limited this year so please make sure you sign up as soon as possible.
A $50 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of sign-up. The form and down payment must be turned in to hold your child's spot.
Final payments for the gym show must be turned in by 2/12/22 for your child to receive their leotard and to participate.
Arrival: On the day of the show, please arrive 15-20 min before the start of your session. This gives you ample time to find parking, seating, etc. All gymnasts will be called to the floor 5 minutes prior to the start of their session. Please keep your gymnast with you and off of the equipment until they are called. There will not be any reserved seating.

Good Luck Grams: We will be selling good luck grams for students. grams include a custom note and a small gift. Messages are written by family and friends to send good luck wishes and encouragement to our students. They will be announced throughout the sessions. Cost is $6, cash only! We will hand out the message and gift at the end of the event during our medal ceremony. Only the students that receive Good Luck Grams will take home the small gift.
Pre-School Sessions: Mini and Mighty will not be learning routines, however they will be rotating to 4 events. At each event, there will be obstacle courses and stations for them to complete. It is their time to shine and show all the fun things they've learned so far. Dynamites will not learn a routine, but they will be in a separate session.
What is the gym show?- Our gym show is our annual recreational recital. It's a chance for all of our students to show what they know and to have a blast showing it off. Family and friends are welcome to attend. There is no limit to the amount of supporters each family brings!
Who participates?- Mini, Mighty, Dynamite, Tiger Shark LVL 1, Hammer Shark LVL 2, Great White LVL 3, Dolphins (Tumb), After-School and Pre-Team.
Do we have to sign up?- The short answer is no, but you won't want your child to miss out on this amazing opportunity to showcase their skills during our 1st Annual Charity Competition! They will get to perform and watch our Competitive Teams rock their events during the meet that we are hosting!
Do our children need to be sized for leotards?- Yes! Each student that is participating in the gym show must be sized for a leotard! These are being custom made and we want to make sure that they fit each student properly. Please note that whatever size you write down on the order form is what we will be ordering. We do not order extra leotards, so please make sure that it is going to fit your child by the March event date! We will not be able to refund for a leotard that does not fit your child if we ordered the size you requested!
What if I have more than one child in classes, do I get a discount?- The price will still be $130 per child. Although this seems like a lot, the gym doesn't stand to profit from the show. We have to cover the cost of equipment rentals, music, decorations, the cost of all the items included with purchase, event space rental, and all of the hours our staff puts in to the show.
Will my kids be in different sessions?- Although we try our best to schedule students at the same time as their siblings, it is not a guarantee. We will release assigned sessions as soon as possible so that our parents are able to coordinate. These should be available around January 24th.
Do we need to pay all at once?- No you do not. We offer payment plans for the gym show. You will pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 that is due at the time of sign up.
When is final payment due?- Final payment will be do no later than February 12, 2022. If we do not recieve your final payment by the due date, your child will not be able to participate in the gym show.
Do we need to purchase our tickets in advance?- No we will not be selling entry bracelets in advance. They must be purchased at the door the day of the event. Cost is $15 per bracelet per attendee. Children 6 and under are free. Please make sure you keep your bracelet on at all times. You must show your bracelet at the door for re-entry or you will have to purchase a new one. This will also be used as free entry to the Daytona Do Right Meet after the gym show is over. Gymnasts participating in the gym show will recieve free entry as well.
Do we need to purchase equipment at home fr my kids to practice?- No, students will have ample time to practice within their weekly class. Please try to make sure your child attends their class regularly so they do not miss routine practices. There will be a run-through on 2/26 for pre-team, level 1,2,3, A/S and Tumbling.
When does my child get their show leotard?- We hand out leotards the entire week before the show! Please make sure to keep them in a safe place so they are not lost. We will not have extras on hand if your child misplaces or damages it before the gym show.
Can my child wear shorts? Makeup? Does hair need to be a certain way?- Shorts are optional, but if they are going to wear them, we recommend black. Makeup and hair is at the parent's discretion, but hair does need to be pulled back out of their faces.
Is the show recorded?- No, we do not record the show. We will be posting updates throughout the day on social media. Parents are welcome and encouraged to take pictures and record their child.
Will there be vendors like in previous years? We will have room for a lot of vendors this year as we have ample space to accomodate them. In previous years we have had DoTerra, Scentsy, Thirty-One, Dot-Dot Sn=mile, Color Street, etc. If you or anyone you know would be interested in being a vendor for this event, please email Tanya at Tanya.email@example.com or Jamie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will there be concessions this year? Unfortunately, we are not allowed to sell food this year because we are inside the hotel. We will however offer an ADG Staff's Favorite Restaurants Guide that will come in the bag with the leotards.
Deposit or Full Payment can be paid online via the parent portal, you just need to let us know you want to sign up so we can apply it to your account. This year, the show is not mandatory. However you must still come to the front desk to be sized for the leotard and to fill out the paperwork!
