Parent-Tot Gymnastics is a 30-minute class designed for toddlers; walking age to three years, with the assistance of Mom, Dad, or a Guardian. An instructor will lead parent & tot through several obstacle courses.  

The Parent-Tot Program introduces your toddler to the sport of gymnastics. This program is designed to help build your child physically, mentally, and socially with additional parent interaction but without the distractions of phones, doorbells, other children, etc.

Children are presented with age-appropriate challenges using modified gymnastics apparatus. In these classes, we help parent and child work together in a playful, fun atmosphere to develop the child's hand-eye coordination, body awareness, build strength, agility and flexibility while learning basic gymnastics skills. We use music, games, and fun props to create an enjoyable experience for both parent and child. Motor skills are developed using balance beams, mini trampolines, bars, tunnels, springboards, and tumbling mats. Activities such as rolling, climbing, swinging, jumping, and much more assist in strength, balance, and flexibility development. Parents help students become more aware of others thus learning to share and take turns.

Parents/Caregivers are required to participate in every class as their child is given the opportunity to become accustomed to different gymnastics equipment. Parents/Caregivers will go through each event or station alongside their child with direction from the instructors. Ratio 6:1.
