Guppies, Gold Fish, Lion Fish

Children are in the prime of PLAY! They are imagining, creating, and becoming independent learners. They are taking on new challenges, separating from their familiar adult and building the social skills needed for their preschool journey and beyond.

These classes are co-ed for ages 3-4.5 yrs old.

Physical: Children get ample time on our equipment, building gross motor skills, coordination, and balance.

Cognitive: Problem-solving, reasoning, and play all support your child’s brain development during this class.

Social: Practice social skills necessary for school readiness in a safe and playful way! Collaboration, turn-taking, and sharing are all practiced during our class.

These classes are co-ed for ages 4.5-6yrs.

Our advanced pre-school class is by invitation only for those students that have mastered the skills of the Guppies and Gold Fish classes but are not yet old enough to join a Tiger or Hammer Shark class. 

These students have the benefit of physical maturity which enables them to perform skills and progressions more easily than that of the younger groups. Students will continue to work on body positions, balance, strength and coordination activities using more repetition of fundamental skills. 

Skills include but are not limited to: forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, pull overs, handstands, round off, back handspring, back hip circle, handstand flat back. This is a great stepping stone for those looking towards the competitive team side of gymnastics.

These classes are for girl's only ages 4.5-6yrs, as it prepares them for the Girl's Shark Classes.
